Cache point is near Hongo-sanchome Station.
Cache is hidden near Hongo Yakushi.
Cache size is micro,so please bring a writting pen.
A long time ago, around Hongo Yakushi was an execution ground.
Hongo Yakushi was a part of lonely ruined temple where people are also afraid and do not approach.
Hongo Yakushi is beginning that neighboring one installed and deified the statue of the Goddess of Kannon there.
Moreover, this neighborhood was a boundary of Edo city.
There is 'Mikaeri saka'(Slope of Looked back).
Banishment persons from Edo looked back from this slope.
There is also 'Miokuri saka'(Slope of Send-off).
The relations of a banishment person sees off from this slope.
Miokuri Inari shrine is located also in the precincts of the nearby Sakuragi shrine.

本郷三丁目駅が最寄り駅となります。
本郷薬師入口にキャッシュはあります。

本郷薬師の周辺は、昔は処刑場で人も恐れて近寄らない淋しい荒れ寺の一部であったそうです。
そこに近隣の方が観音様を安置し、祀ったのが始まりです。
またこの付近が江戸市中との境界なので、近くには江戸追放に由来する場所があります。
江戸を追放された者がふり返った見返り坂、その縁者が見送る見送り坂。
櫻木神社の境内にも、見送稲荷神社という社殿があります。
