Delusions of Grandeur Traditional Cache

The cache is NOT in someones front yard, it is on the common property of a sub-division.  Thank you to the home owners association for the permission to place it.  Please be respectful.

If you are not seeing the same results that I saw, I assure you I did not hide the cache in the road, but use it as a hint to find where the cache is(hint). After trying to think of the best and greatest ways to hide a cache, I thought I was going to place the best cache ever placed.  Trying to get permission to place the stashes was harder than I thought.  Hence the name of the cache.  You should find this OUT OF PLACE cache that is about the size of a Golf Pencil with some thinking and looking.  Hope you enjoyed my first hide!
