Geocache Description:


This geocache is part of the Historic Arizona Route 66 Centennial Geocaching Series , an Arizona Centennial Legacy Project.
It is located at the site of the former Kingman Army Airfield Service Club, in operation from July 1943 to the summer of 1945. The Club was a popular social hangout for gunnery school trainees and personnel with a reading room and soda fountain. An open to the public distillery now operates here, with a tasting room serving up something with a bit more punch than soda!
