Round matchstick container hosting a resident Gekko Kritter! He's in his favorite tree!
This Kritter is a Gekko, a lizard type creature that can walk on ceilings upside down while doing its mating call which sounds like "gekko" hence its name! You will see a lot of these little guys while down here in the Key's, but don't be afraid, they're cute little creatures who happen to LOVE those pesky mosquitos! Please, leave them alone, they won't hurt you and they'll eat as many mosquitos as they can find! Enjoy the amazing sunset at this spot, it's one of the very best in all of Key Largo!
