Geocache Description:

This is a beautiful, yet little known reserve in the Grindelwald precinct.

Grindelwald is a small Swiss Village inspired town developed just north of Launceston by a Dutch immigrant to Tasmania, Roelf Vos, after he sold his supermarket chain to Woolworths.

This particular park and lake is a well kept secret and I think the locals like it that way. Access can be gained off Alpine Cres at the following co-ordinates
S41 20.689  E147 00.546

This entrance laneway looks a bit like a driveway with a white gate either side and a 25km sign. Do not be afeared! Drive down the laneway to the carpark by the lake.
We have placed 3 caches around the park, so take a walk and enjoy.

The cache is a black camo'd container with logbook and pencil and some small swaps.
