Our first cache hide - located in Proud Lake Rec Area. There are some wonderful hiking / biking trails back here that wind through the woods. The cache is located about 125 feet from the trail. No bushwhacking is required, but watch your step as there are quite a few downed trees in the area.
Cache is stocked with swag, log, and pen.

Parking coordinates are given below for the two closest 'parking lots'. Parking #1 will direct you to the parking lot closest to the cache. Parking #2 is larger and is a much more even surface to park on, but will add about 0.1 miles to your hike. Your choice.
