PARKING
You can park close to the cache on this wide section of the trail, but keep as close to the east side as you can so that the truck drivers can get by easily. You can park on the concession near the access point on the south side of Con 2, or nudged up to the rail trail gates at the north end.
NOTE
The wet leaves in the fall are very slippery so a hiking pole would come in handy for balance. You should also be aware that there is some mud and water close to the cache location and you might want to wear some rubber boots to get this one.
ATTRACTION: possibly sliding down the hill while shouting "weeeeee"...jumping in the mud ha ha!
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PEN...the pencils have been known to grow legs and escape!
