Haunted Wisconsin: Secura Pond Traditional Cache

This cache is located near the Secura Insurance Company Corporate Office.  The building is an unremarkable building, much like any other of it's kind.  The building sits on a well-maintained land with wellkept lawns and several trees.  There is even a pond located on the land behind the building.

If you believe the rumors, the pond is not as tranquil as it first appears.  The legend goes, that over 150 years ago, before the land was developed, several pipes were installed under the pond in an attempt to keep the pond more attractive to visitors as well as filtering it.  Soon afterwards, a family was enjoying a picnic on the shores of the pond and a little girl fell into the water.  The girl did not know how to swim and as she struggled to get to shore, she became entaggled in the narrow pipes below the water.  Her horrified parents watched from shore as the girl went underwater and drown.  

These days, people report strange happenings on the grounds and some say that at night, when it's dark and quiet, you can hear the girl's screams from beneath the water and her parents' cries for help from ashore.
