This building was at one time a rather smart rest room for the students doing practicals as they studied to become electrician linesmen for the MEB. There was probably a kitchen and classroom though the dutch barns would have given them unaccoustomed shelter as they dug trenches and wired up switchboxes . In the grounds of the offices (now fully developed as offices to let) there were examples of pylons and poles to practice on.
A decent sized container (Vanish powder tub) in what looks to be a reasonably muggle free area , at least the hut has not been trashed or graffitied . GPS seemed to be problematical but have confirmed coords with the OS plan from the Geograph website .
If you do have your dog with you and continue your walk south toward the St Peters estate its worth noting that there are calves and sheep in the fields and some of the gateways can be very muddy as Murphy and I found this morning .
