captnkirk17: First the cache container (a 50 cal ammo can) was either muggled or floated away in a flood.
So today I got another cache container all decorated and ready to put in place. So I walk out to the cache location (a huge hollow tree by the creek) and now its gone. The entire tree blew over and is smashed into splinters in a recent storm. Because of the nature of the puzzle, changing the location would change the entire cache and puzzle so I am archiving this one.

The cache is not at the specified location, however that is a great place to park while you hike the new Auburn Valley Trail or look for this cache.

The name for this cache comes from a legendary trove of treasure known to be hidden somewhere near Springfield. Bart Simpson almost gives its location away to the evil Russ Cargill in this video clip from the Simpsons Movie. The Treasure of Ima Wiener

The Simsons are the hardest working cartoon characters in the history of television, they have been on the job since 1987. When it comes to his job however, Homer is not nearly as hard working.

Homer has a dilemma, he is lazy and loves to sleep in, but if he is not on time to his job at the nuclear power plant, something terrible happens; someone else eats all the pink donuts from both break rooms. Yesterday Homer was just 15 minutes late and this is what he found when he got to the break rooms, is someone trying to send him a message?
