Geocache Description:

Its nice to drive off the beaten path ev'ry now'n'then.  Please be respectful of Rikers entrance, and do not block that area. The cache is not on that side of the road.

This is a typical P&G. Its not magnetic and its not a GRC. You'll need to bring your favorite writing instrument, and tweezers to snag this up. Congrats to Schmuck&Putz on the FTF!
