It will take a wee, half hour from the road perhaps, hike to get to this location, and quite possibly through some boggy terrain, I'd advise decent walking shoes and some snacks to take on the way.
This geocache is an ice-cream container hidden near a lovely wee spot me and my family have hiked to a few times, didn't think many would know of it, so here it is for fellow geocachers.
Mavora Lakes is a great camping spot! My family and I come here every year and have a fabulous time, take the time to appreciate the beautiful scenary! ATTENTION: sorry to those who have gotten wet feet without warning, it is very likely you will get wet feet!! It is slightly easier if you drive south a bit more so the cache looks a right angle from the road :) NOTE: As of 6/4/15 I have put a new log book in the cache as the last one has drowned a little. I tried really hard to make it as waterproof as I could but in Mavora it tends to snow every winter! I only get up there a few times a year and check it every time. Thanks for understanding everyone, and enjoy the fabulous location!
