This cache is located along a new section of the Speed River Trail maintained by the Guelph Hiking Trail Club (GHTC).
This cache is found in one of the largest trees in the area but unfortunately the tree fell over a decade ago and is now lying broken on the ground....providing a good place for a cache hide. The John Woods side trail provides a delightful walk through a wooded area of the river valley.
Parking is available at: N 43 31.538 W 080 15.817. Parking access is from Wellington Street just west of the Hanlon Expressway. Turn at the Wastewater Services East Gate sign.
