After the relative ease of my previous caches, it's time for something a little more difficult.
Although it is possible to find this cache under optimum conditions without getting too wet, water shoes are recommended.
The difficulty and terrain levels of this cache are based off several different factors, the most important of which are the variable sea conditions. Before attempting to find it, I highly recommend checking here and here for up-to-date information and whether it is advisable to enter the area.
There is parking in a paid lot for a couple hundred yen, but it is usually possible to park on the side of one of the nearby roads. Start at the waypoint, follow the stairs all way down and keep to the right.
