What better way to encourage cachers to get out and explore these trails but to line them with caches to form Townsville's first Power Trail. Caches will be within 1 - 5 meters from the trail so they will be accessible to all including wheel bound (chair or pram).
Caches will be various types depending on the hide and will be between 161 and 200 meters apart.
In the 1980's, there used to be a track here that led down to a rope swing from a tree. I used to spend a lot of time here.
Now, the place is over grown and the bank is being washed away by storm water. The old tree we used to hang on to is still there, but for how long?
