Geocache Description:



"Percorso Kneipp" e "la Vite di Archimede" (218 m a SE), è una coppia di cache della serie "Parco Lura", a Lurate Caccivio, all'interno dell'area adiacente al torrente. Siamo all'interno del parco "Sorgenti del Torrente Lura".
L'AREA SALUTE, è situata nell'area più a nord della zona. Sfruttando le proprietà salutari dell'acqua di falda (ad una temperatura costante di circa 13°C) e seguendo le indicazioni del terapeuta Sebastian Kneipp, è stato messo in opera il percorso Kneipp. Camminare controcorrente nel sottile velo d'acqua e poi avanzare tra pietre, ghiaia, sabbia ed erba produrrà effetti benefici sul sistema immunitario e cardio circolatorio.
Il percorso è aperto al pubblico ed in funzione dalle 7:30 alle 21:30 (non è indicato il periodo di apertura stagionale).

La cache è una micro posizionata "piuttosto in alto", questo percorso è spesso frequentato nei  WE di bel tempo, quindi prestate attenzione durante il recupero della cache.


 
"Kneipp circuit" and "Archimedean Screw" (218m SE), is a couple of cache in the series "Lura Park", in Lurate Caccivio, within the area adjacent to the stream. We are in the park "Sources of the River Lura."
THE HEALTH AREA, is located in the north of the area. Taking advantage of the healing properties of the ground water (at constant temperature of about 13 °C) and following the instructions of the therapist Sebastian Kneipp, was put into operation th Kneipp circuit. Walking against the thin film of water and then advance through stones, gravel, sand and grass will produce beneficial effects on the immune system and cardio circulatory system.
The path is open to the public and runs from 7:30 to 21:30 (does not specify the seasonal period).

The cache is a micro located "quite high", this path is often frequented during the WE of good weather, so be careful when retrieving the cache.
