Geocache Description:

This little Troll can be located where troll's usually hang out *wink, wink*!  GZ is near the intersection of MT Hwy's 212 & 200.  This is the Jocko River area, which is known for good fishing, so don't forget your rod and reel.  Keep an eye on kids as you are close to the rivers edge.  You can pull down into a parking area on the Southeast side of the bridge and follow coords along a usually noticable trail through the hole in the fence.

FLATHEAD INDIAN RESERVATION Fishing, Bird Hunting, and Recreation Regulations of the CSKT & MT FWP 2012-2013:  http://www.cskt.org/tr/docs/NonMemberRegulations2012-2013.pdf

First and foremost, anyone deciding to look for this cache or the others on Flathead Indian Reservation lands, must purchase a Tribal Recreation Permit.  These permits can be bought in various stores in most towns on the reservation, as well as renewals online at the following locations:

FLATHEAD RESERVATION PERMIT VENDORS FOR NON-TRIBAL MEMBERS
Hot Springs: Y Quick Stop, Kalispell: MT Fish, Wildlife, & Parks-Region 1, Snappy Sport Senter, Sportsman & Ski Haus, Lakeside: Sliter's Ace Hardware, Missoula Bob Ward and Sons,  MT Fish, Wildlife, & Parks-Region 2, Wholesale Sports, Pablo:  Zimmer Tackle, Plains: Plains Service Center, Polson: CSKT, DFWRC, 406 6th Avenue East, Wal-Mart, Ronan:  Ronan Sports & Western, St. Ignatius: Allard’s General Store,Superior: Westgate True Value, Whitefish: Sportsman & Ski Haus.

Flathead Reservation Permits are also available on the internet at
http://app.mt.gov/Als/Index

A Flathead Reservation Permit must be purchased initially from a retail outlet/Reservation
Permit vendor, then subsequent permits can be purchased online.

Tribal game wardens patrol all area’s of the reservation and to save yourself from a large fine, it is much easier to just buy your rec permit and keep it on you while out enjoying this beautiful area of Montana.  They are good from March 1 to Feb 31 each year.
