This cache is in honor of an FTF Hound. I have never met Atwill, usually Meriwill is who I meet up with at new cache postings while he's back home lounging. To be FTF on this one he'll have to get up off the couch AND do some work to find this cache.
With the difficulty rating there are NO hints.
