Blackbeard's Treasure has been hidden on a small, nameless, and deserted island in East Fork State Park... Blackbeard does not like plunderers, so he makes reaching his treaure a challenge! This is a pirate themed cache. Please bring a cool pirate item... Blackbeard does not take kindly to bad trades! FTF gets the best gift of all... Respect! ***CaptainPhoenix has obtained permission to place this cache through ODNR***
The treasure is located on the southern most point of the island. Sometimes you can wade to the island, other times you must swim or take a boat. Bring a machete to bushwhack, or take the beach detour around all the brush and climb to the treasure... Good luck! You'll need it!
