The cache is down a public access trail adjacent to private property known as the Big Island Retreat.
NOTE: The road to the retreat is gated, open 7:00 am to 6:00 pm daily.
Parking is allowed on the grounds of the Retreat, just follow the signs. At the public parking area you will see signs directing you to the access trail to the cliffs.
CAUTION: The precipice of the cliff in this area is NOT barricaded or fenced off, so be extremely careful and do NOT approach the edge. The cache is hidden well away from danger, but we recommend NOT bringing small children or pets who may wander out of your immediate control.
If you are sensitive to saw grass you may want to wear long sleeves and long pants because getting to the GZ requires walking down a very narrow path through a thick patch of it about head high.
