Geocache Description:

This honourable badger is to be found at the entrace to the resplendent halls of Warringah Council. It has a special significance for me, being the place I received my Australian citizenship more than a decade ago. The area has a relatively high flow of pedestrians and is next to a car park - it will be busiest during office hours, but quite quiet at weekends.

The container is a black micro just a little smaller than a film canister. It contains a pencil and a rolled up log sheet. FTF reaps kudos, but there is no cake.

Dee Why library is close by - a very peaceful place to read the paper or a magazine. It's typically well patronised especially at the weekends when you'll often see lots of teenagers working together on school projects.

This is another "clean" GZ with a limited number of hiding places. Seasoned geocachers will probably get it quickly - I'll leave a decent hint, so have a try without looking at it.
