Geocache Description:

Look for a nano-cache that is well hidden.
Try not to use the hint.

Dr. Cagle gave us permission to hide the cache here, but for safety he only wants us to look for it in the daytime.
You are looking for a nano cache (the size of the tip of your pinky) that is well hidden and blends in great with the senery.

What you are looking at will not change much, but look good and the area will stand out like a sore thumb.
Try not to use the hint, use a flash light and look from a different angle.
Tweezers are best to take it out and a pen to sign the log.

Park at the back of the building and walk to the cache site. 
Be careful not to be seen as there are a lot of homeless people and many others in the area.
