Geocache Description:

A large-scale outlet mall which opened in spring 2004. It was designed in the Spanish colonial style which is common in the American west coast city of Santa Barbara.

Since the word “outlet” originally means “exit” or “drain”, an outlet mall is a shop, which sells remaining items, overproduced items, old models and inspection failed items etc for between 20% - 70% discounts. There is a food court in the center of the mall, fast food shops and nationwide chain restaurants etc are there.
