islander1988: It looks like this one had gone missing again, and all the ripple effects in the world from coronavirus have interfered with me doing my usual cache maintenance in Kyiv this summer. Since this isn't a scenic spot for visiting anyway, and it is one of my farthest flung caches to get to for maintenance, perhaps it's time to let this one sail off into the sunset.
