You are looking for a micro/small cache. Number 2 of 3.
The ICC trail seems like it would be a great place for biking, walking, caching and I'm adding a few caches, but in reality Maryland did an epic failure with this trail. Not many access points, broken up along the ICC. One of the reasons cited was that the 8 foot trail would cause environmental damage (but the 6 lanes of road were fine). Anyway, off my soap box.
