This cache is located a short distance from where the Farmers' Market used to be located. It is out of sight from the parking lot and the ICC trail.
The parking lot at the traffic light was previously chained off and posted, The chain and posted sign are gone so use this area at your own risk. The waypoint parking area which is located a short distance away IS located on ICC property. There should be no tresspass issues at the waypoint parking area.
