Geocache Description:

Head uphill through the avenue past Marjorie's seat and picnic table and into the woodland. You might wish to visit GC20ZGA 'Hole in the Dyke' en route. Enjoy the views north to the windfarm, west to Arran and east to Loudoun hill.

A series of caches on a 5 mile circuitous walk that is not really suitable for cache and dashing. It begins with an uphill climb to the south rim of the valley before levelling out through deciduous woodland. The route then descends through the Lanfine estates to the west lodge in Newmilns and returns to Darvel along a pleasant riverside walk.

FTF goes to Rose & Thistle.................well done.
