ever heard the legend of sleepy hollow? how the headless horseman rode through the night seeking victims? legend has it that he was a hessian soldier recruited from germany by the british to help fight the colonials during the american revolution! his bloodlust in battle would eventually lead to his demise as he was ambushed by continental troops and beheaded and his severed head was buried seperate from his body! legend has it that before he died he made a deal with the devil that if he ever fell in battle,he may rise from the grave and seek revenge and in return harvest souls for the fires of hell! many people fell victim to the horsemans blade.he beheaded them as he was beheaded in life! legend has it that the only way to escape the horsemans wrath was to either cross a waterway where he could not follow or find his missing head and re intern it with his body sending his spirit back to hell! a school teacher named Ichabod crane escaped this grim fate by discovering the myth that spirits could not cross waterways was true! (or is it?) you be the judge! this cache is located in a high muggle area so please use stealth or the headless horseman may claim you as his next victim!!! have fun and happy caching!
