A power trail, if you will, around Rovers Track at Sandy Point. If you complete all 8 caches in the trail it is about a 1-2 hour (5-6km) hour return journey
This is cache number 1.
Park at the carpark near the first cache in this series and you're ready to start. The trail is pushchair friendly, but the distance may be a little long for short legs, so plan for a few stops if you bring the kids. For those with longer legs, get your running shoes on, this is a popular running track for those on 2 legs and 4, and is also used regularly by the local orienteering club. Also you might want to save some early caches for the return journey as from #8 you'll be following the same track back. This is because Petries Track from the carpark to the 'Petries Track' cache is currently offlimits. There are toys in the furtherest away caches as a reward, so make sure you have some cool swag to swap. You will also need a pen for some of the later caches. Geocache is a 400ml sistema container and contains a logbook, pencil, sharpener and mugglecard.
