Geocache Description:

The cache is hidden around Higashi Kanagawa station (west exit).

Tokai Plaza, built in 1979, had ever been one of the highest building in Yokohama (25-story), and beginning of high tower style residental building ("manshon") in Japan. The place is also known as Japan's first produce of aluminum foil.

*Note: Around this cache, I've hid GC27NFC "Tokai Plaza (10 years BINGO" (visit link) , for 10th anniversary of geocaching, and did BINGO game for finders. However, it's difficult to continue the game, so I archived the old cache and start this as legacy cache.

キャッシュは東神奈川駅前のトーカイプラザ近辺にあります。

このキャッシュを利用して、ジオキャッシング10周年を記念したBINGO大会を開催します。

トーカイプラザは1979年に建てられました。当時としては横浜で2番目に高い高層ビルで(25階建て)、また日本での高層マンションのはしりでした。この場所は『アルミ箔発祥の地』でもあるそうです。

*注: この付近にはかつてGC27NFC "Tokai Plaza (10 years BINGO" (visit link) がありました。ジオキャッシング10周年記念として、発見者がビンゴゲームをプレイできるようにしたものです。ビンゴゲームの継続が難しくなったため、旧キャッシュはアーカイブして新たに通常キャッシュとしてスタートしました。
