A cache along the beautiful Basingstoke Canal
The Basingstoke Canal is a British canal, completed in 1794, built to connect Basingstoke with the River Thames at Weybridge via the Wey Navigation.
To find the cache walk along the basingstoke canal towards the co-ordinates... you will have to go off the beaten path some and it is a little overgrown hence terrain difficulty increases. If you pass a Car tyre suspended from a rope on the other side of the canal you have gone too far...
Congratulations to COPSKI & SPANIEL2001 on their joint FTF effort within (what seems like) minutes of cache publication! A special mention to Bumble_Bea who ran out of time - better luck next time!!!
