Future Freeway? Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

TheVogonPoet: Hi,

This cache has been in need of maintenance for an extended period of time. Due to the lack of response toward the needed maintenance since the last contact, I am archiving the cache to keep it from showing up in search lists and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

Please note that if geocaches are archived by a reviewer or Geocaching HQ for lack of maintenance, they are not eligible for unarchival.

Thanks!

Geocache Description:

Cache placed along the route of the soon to be built William Clement Parkway extension.
Watch for old boards with rusty nails near the old tree fort!

Small cammoed peanut butter (clean) jar hidden along the future route of the William Clement Parkway, which will connect Grant Avenue and the Moray Bridge with Wilkes Avenue. This roadway will also facilitate traffic in and out of the not yet constructed Ridgewood South housing development. (see related website), which will greatly alter the characteristics of the Harte Trail, and destroy 800 acres of parkland which serves as a natural habitat for area wildlife.
