As a tribute to our family's favorite holiday tradition we have decided to place a series of caches honoring the movie National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. Each cache will pay homage to one of our favorite scenes from the movie. Why is National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation one of the Buckeye Family's holiday traditions you ask? Sadly, it reminds us way too much of our own family gatherings. It also happens to be a hilarious movie. If you have not had the pleasure of viewing this holiday classic I suggest you rent it, pop some popcorn, and enjoy a good laugh.

Clark's dimwitted cousin Eddie is one of our favorite characters. We decided to dedicate a cache to one of Mrs. Buckeye's favorite quotes from the movie (we cleaned it up to make it geocaching friendly). This cache is located just off the Great Miami River bike trail. You can park at the given coordinates and enjoy a short walk, or better yet, ride your bike! BYOP! Have fun!
