This is a replacement for the muggled Coyote Creek Secret Entrance 2 cache
That cache was a multi whose original purpose was to show a secret entrance to the Coyote Creek Trail. This replacement cache is near the final of the multi, but it's a traditional cache. It's a micro instead of a small. It's in a different hide location, using a different hide method. After the Coyote Creek Trail crosses under Silicon Valley Blvd., it runs next to Eden Park Place, which runs behind a hotel and industrial park. A barbed wire fence prevents accessing the trail from the road except for a few trail entrances. You can park on the west side of the road. There is an entrance before the road dead ends at an old abandoned orchard. Take that entrance and head north on the trail for a short distance to the cache location. It's a short distance from the trail, overlooking Coyote Creek. You do not need to go down the steep bank to the creek.
This is a micro, but it has room for small, thin items. Initially it had a tiny pencil, Maverix wooden coin and Bug-Hound tracking item.
10/18/15 The cache was muggled. I replaced it with a similar cache a few feet away. It only has a logsheet. Bring your own writing implement. For more on the Coyote Creek Trail, see Coyote Creek Trail
