NE12 04: Log it Traditional Cache

This cache is part of a series that was placed at the time of the 12-12-12 Event around the NE12 Newcastle post code area. There are ten caches which will each contain two numbers which will lead you to an eleventh, bonus cache. Along the way, there is also a puzzle cache making twelve in total.
The caches have been placed on a circular route along footpaths, bridleways and short sections of pavements, and can probably be completed in about 2-3 hours.
Number 4 in the series and one which can hold small trackables. Some stealth required here. Please tuck this cache away as you found it.
