Geocache Description:

Cache off of one of Jekyll's maintenance roads.

This cache is near one of the maintenance roads crisscrossing the interior of Jekyll Island State Park. Should be an easy find and a pleasant walk.

There is a place to park at the end of Bond Road. The trail starting here will take you to the south end of the maintenance road that will lead you to your smiley. There are several North-South maintenance roads; you want to take the one whose southern end is listed in the Additional Waypoints. The cache is about 80 feet off of the maintenance road and you will have to do a little bushwhacking.

Please note that there is a $6 entrance fee to get onto the island. Happy caching!
