Geocache Description:

You're looking for a fist-sized clip-top lock box. There's space inside for several geocoins, or a tracking bug or two. There is a pencil in the cache, but you might want to bring a pen just in case.

The cache site can be accesed by foot, by bike, and with a stroller, but is unfortunately not wheelchair accessable. Please put the cache back as you found it, or it's too easy.

The Martyr's Memorial was erected in 1931, to commemorate the seven people burned at the stake near its site in 1521. They were practising Lollards, condemned by the Catholic Church for reading the Bible in English, amongst other things.

You get a fantastic view of Amersham from the cache site, and it links up fairly well with caches in Top Amersham and Old Amersham.
