860 Pistenkilometer, 260 Skihütten und Bergrestaurants, 270 Skilifte, 25 Orte und fünf Regionen –Österreichs größtes Skivergnügen vernetzt sich jetzt auch mit seinen Gästen. Ski amadé sorgt mit über 300 WLAN-Hotspots an den Liftstationen und Hütten für einen kostenlosen Internetzugang auf den Pisten. So kann jeder Geocacher kostenlos Mails, Nachrichten und aktuelle Logs an die Verwandtschaft und Freunde zu Hause schicken.
Die Nutzung des WLAN-Netzes ist völlig unkompliziert. Beim Login müssen lediglich die Nutzungsbestimmungen akzeptiert werden, ein Passwort ist nicht nötig.
Jedes WLAN-taugliche Gerät – sei es Smartphone, iPad oder Laptop oder sogar das GPS – kann sich im Umkreis von 50 Metern um einen der über 300 Access Points in den fünf Skiregionen kostenlos einwählen. Die Hotspots befinden sich in zahlreichen Tal- und Bergstationen der 22 Seilbahngesellschaften des Skiverbundes und in einigen Skihütten und Bergrestaurants. Im alpinen Bereich ist dieses Angebot von Ski amadé das umfangreichste und größte seiner Art.
Der Cache ist in der Nähe des Access Points bei der Talstation der Gondelbahn platziert, im Sommer als auch im Winter mit Skischuhen erreichbar und auch etwas Muggel-Geschützt. Bitte hinterlasst den Cache wieder genauso wie ihr ihn vorgefunden habt! Kugelschreiber bitte mitbringen.

Ski amadé provides more than 300 Wi-Fi hotspots at the lift stations and cottages for free Internet access on the slopes. So every geocacher can send free messages, read news and write current logs to relatives and friends back home.
Using of the WLAN network is uncomplicated. During login you only have to accepted the Terms of Service, a password is not necessary.
Each WLAN-enabled device - either smartphone, iPad or laptop or even the GPS - can connect to for free to one of more than 300 access points in five ski regions. The hotspots are located in many valley and mountain stations of the 22 Skiingcompanies and in some huts and mountain restaurants. The cache is placed near the access point at the valley station of the cable car, in summer as well as in winter with boots reachable and it is hidden a little bit Muggle-protected. Please leave the cache exactly as you have found it!
