3rd in a 17 part series honoring past and present Mayors of Crosby, ND. E.O Halverson claimed victory of the 1916 election to become the third mayor of Crosby. He had served as mayor during the last few months of D.W. Madden's term, when Madden had resigned.

Be careful going down the ditch on this one. watch out for the culvert.
