6th in a 17 part series honoring past and present Mayors of Crosby, ND. In 1929 Anton Otheim took the mayor's chair. He was the first mayor to call his "board" a city coucil, and the first to begin city council memebers being elected instead of appointed. The city folk liked this idea so they felt they had better representation.
The ditch is much deeper than the tall grass makes it appear. Approch carefully.
