Keeping up the tradition of placing a cache associated with a recent or upcoming hurricane, this is placed in observance of Hurricane Sandy.
This cache is placed beyond where the sidewalk ends. Should be a quick smilie. Closest parking is indicated as a waypoint.

Anyone in this area who's been to a store the last few days before this Hurricane hits Virginia has observed that there's a shortage of all the "essentials"... Toilet paper, milk, water, batteries, and flashlights.
