This cache is in memory of our little dog Sassy as she passed recently and this was one of our favorite hikes. I hope you enjoy it to and there is a good view of the peaks from the cache site.
The cache is a 7.62 ammo can. Please keep it hidden well. This cache is located north of Ft Tuthill. You can reach it from Woody mountain Road by hiking in on the Flagstaff loop trail. From Ft Tuthill you can reach it by using the Soldiers Trail and taking the Flagstaff Loop Trail where it meets the Soldiers Pass Trail. It is a little over a mile hike one way to the cache from either direction. The cache CAN NOT be accesed from Soldiers Pass Trail, just take this trail until it links up with the Flagstaff Loop Trail then follow the trail to the cache. The cache is just off the trail and easily accesible if you just stay on the trail. No matter which way you come please stay on the trail.
