Geocache Description:

Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night (nor hurricanes) stays this cacher from the swift completion of his appointed rounds. I wasn't about to let some crummy hurricane deter me from placing this cache and continuing my daily hiding streak. After all, I have people depending upon me to assist them in continuing their daily finding streaks. It was quite a challenge, with my car being blown all over the road, and detouring around fallen trees, flooded roads and other hazards. But it was all worthwhile, as I succeeded in arriving at my destination and placing this cache.

I had previously placed a cache in this area. There was a game being played, so I wasn't able to penetrate as far as I had wished, and left the cache not too far from the road. That was not the case today, however. With people all hiding under their beds from Hurricane Sandy today, I had this place to myself. I went about a quarter mile from the road. I could have gone farther, but it wasn't necessary, as I found a nice, wooded border strip between two playing fields.

This place is a lot bigger than it appears from the road. It probably exists in an interdimensional space, which is why it is bigger on the inside than on the outside. There are several playing fields here. The resultant vast open space affords excellent views to the west and northwest. One can see the adjacent airfield close at hand. To the west is a prominent ridge a few miles away. To the northwest, one can see Haycock Mountain, on State Gamelands 157, on the far side of Lake Nockamixon. If you come here when the weather is clear, bring your camera.

The cache is in a wooded area. It contains a log, pen, small trade items and a prize for FTF to help you figure your next year's income tax. No credit without your signature. Please replace as found, with the weights on top, to deter the cute little woodland creatures (kill 'em all!) from disturbing the cache. Park in the lot.

Because of the cache's size, I'm not providing a hint.
