Sorry, but I will only give "right track" / "wrong track" types of clues on this puzzle. Find a friend who can help out if you don't think you have the correct skills for this one.
Ratwaffles is throwing a breakfast party for some friends. Fabrication, always the perfectionist, got her one square waffle. But it couldn't just be served normally - she insisted that it be cut into quarters, and each piece have its own strawberry and dollop of whipped cream. Cheda is no perfectionist, but he was definitely hungry and was served up nine belgian waffles with chocolate chips and drizzled with caramel. Nobody remembers what ModernNessmuk ordered, because he lost all 2,520 of his already. No wonder Ratwaffles could only invite three guests.
Ratwaffles went and talked to the chef, but he had nothing to offer besides raised eyebrows at yet another Nessmuk moment. His only suggestion is we might just want to find a new place for the party, and not invite a certain party crasher this time. Go further north than you go west for the ideal spot, and don't invite Nessmuk this time. At least he's good at figuring out puzzles. Maybe not this one though.
