Nice cache on a bike trail overlooking Ulatis Creek
This cache will take you along a bike path that until a couple of months ago, I didn't even know existed. Even when I looked it up on Google Maps, it didn't seem to exist. Thus I named it the Secret Bike Path. Hope you enjoy the walk along Ulatis Creek in this secluded setting! Cache is a peanut butter jar with some swag, including two fresh AA batteries for the FTF (if your GPSr runs on them), a Where's George dollar, and a TB.
To get to the trail, park at the Vacaville Transportation Center, to which I've provided coordinates, cross Allison Drive to the side with the empty field, and walk south until you reach the trailhead.
I've upped the terrain slightly because of the long walk (probably close to a mile from the parking at the transit center, but the cache itself shouldn't be too difficult to find. Please rehide as found with some natural camo. Also, BYOP, and watch out for muggles from the apartment complex nearby and others walking on the trail.
Enjoy your walk! My favorite time is around dawn and dusk, both very peaceful in my opinion. But then again, I like to walk anywhere at that time :)
