Normantoni: Maalit ovat valitettavasti tulleet ajan myötä näkyviin ja ei oikein ole mitään tapaa korjata tätä tälläisenään. Muutenkin kesä tulossa jolloin valoisalla ei kätköä saa oikein haettua, ainakaan niin kuin se on tarkoitettu.

HUOM! Tarvitset UV-lampun tällä kätköllä!

Suunnistusta Birgitanpolun lähimaastossa. Seuraa UV-maalilla merkittyä reittiä löytääksesi purkin.

Orienteering close to Birgitta-trail. Follow the markings painted with UV-paint to find the cache.

Annetuista koordinaateista löydät puuhun UV-maalilla maalatun ympyrän. Tämä on aloituspiste.

Katsele ympärillesi niin näet ensimmäisen UV-maalilla maalatun suuntanuolen. Lähde etenemään nuolen suuntaan, josta löytyy seuraava suuntanuoli. Nuolia on reilusti yli kymmenen, voi olla useita kymmeniäkin. Jatka näin, kunnes löydät maalatun rastin puunkyljestä. Olet loppupisteellä. Purkki sijaitsee noin 5m säteellä puusta, johon rasti on maalattuna.

Hyvällä ja tehokkaalla UV-lampula voit nähdä aina seuraavan nuolen edelliseltä. Jos käytät heikompaa UV-lamppua, nuolet auttavat sinua seuraavan merkin löytämisessä.

HUOM! Jotkut halvat UV-ledlamput ja etenkin avaimenperät eivät emitoi oikean taajuista UV-valoa tai niiden teho ei riitä. Tällöin merkit voivat näkyä huonosti tai eivät ollenkaan. Saat parhaan kätköilykokemuksen käyttämällä kunnollista UV-lamppua ja suorittamalla kätkön mahdollisimman pimeällä, mutta kuivalla ilmalla. Kätkö on tehty ja testattu Kiven alla -kaupan UV CacheFire lampun avulla, jossa on focus ominaisuus.

Kätkö on tehty tarkoituksella ei-talvilöydettäväksi, koska jäljet lumessa tuhoavat kätkön idean.

Ota mukaan myös tavallinen taskulamppu. Se helpottaa huomattavasti pimeässä metsässä liikkumista.

In english:

You will find a circle painted with UV-paint at the given coordinates. This is the starting point.

Look around and you will find the first arrow painted with UV-paint. Start moving to the direction of the arrow and you will find the next one. There is atleast over a dozen arrows, can be several dozens. Continue following the arrows untill you find a cross painted on a tree. You are at the final destination. Cache is within 5m from the cross.

With a good and powerfull UV-lamp you should be able to see the next arrow from the previous one. If you are using a weaker UV-lamp the arrows will help you to find the next one.

ATTENTION! Some cheap UV-lamps dont emit the right frequency of UV-light or their power output may be too weak. With a weak UV-lamp the markings may show up poorly or not at all. You will achieve the best caching experience when using a good UV-lamp and carry out the exercise during dark but dry weather. Cache is done and tested with a UV CacheFire lamp with a focus feature.

Cache is done by desing so that it is not available during the winter. Footprints on the snow will negate the need of UV-lamp and that is the main idea at this cache.

Take a normal flashligth with out. It will help you in the dark forest.
