Come ‘on to the first Adopted-A-Road Clean Up by Electrical Design Cert Monkeys.
WHEN: Sunday, November 18th 9:30 – 12:00
Join us at Home Depot parking lot where we will meet and get organized for the cleanup.
There will be coffee and donuts. Our stretch of road is between highway 99 and I-5 so bring your hiking shoes. The county will supply all the supplies: high visibility vests, hard hats, grabbers, warning signs, and trash bags. All we need to supply is willing trash collectors and bring your gloves. We'll meet at 9:30am to sign the release forms and do a short safety talk. Then we'll take a group picture and head out down the road.
The rules for this event:
1) Litter pickup is limited to the the road curb, sidewalk, and ten feet of right of way.
Travelled portion of the road are not included.
2) Full trash bags will be left by the side of the road for pickup by the county.
3) A safety orientation will be conducted prior to starting the CITO.
4) All participants must sign a county liability release form.
5) All participants must be 15 years of age or older (by County rules).

Following the clean up, there be a barbecue at Mukilteo Lighthouse Park
