Since Wally got a cache, Beaver wanted one, too. So, Beaver whined to June and June nagged Ward and Ward gave in and got Beaver a cache.
Most of the time this area is deserted but other times it will teeming with muggles. You won't be able to sling a cat without hitting a muggle. If you approach GZ and notice several vehicles parked nearby, you may may as well try some other time. You won't be able to be stealthy enough.
