This cache has been archived.

Calluna Tib: As it is now way past the end of the month (July) and no action has been taken I am archiving the cache.

Geocache Description:

Mother Nature has provided me with a 'natural haystack' in which to hide my 'needles'!

This is the first of a few of mine on this lovely part of the estuary, you can do them on their own, or as part of a longer walk by doing the Kitley trail to the east, just across the road, or if you dare, and the tide is right you can cross with wellies at the end by the bridge supports, and on to the SW part of the trail.

'The Needles' are cylindrical fizzy vitamin pots, they now have a piece of red thread attached to them! The Haystack is part of the natural woodland and stands overlooking some ivy stonework. Please take care when searching and try not to disrupt too much spoil. When you place it back in the haystack please, not too deep but just under the surface, so as not to make it too hard for the next person. Maybe trail some visual thread???? Remember what it feels like to travel far for a DNF! I have now placed 4 needles in the haystack to cut down the DNF's Original needle (no thread). No1. needle with red thread. No2. Needle with red thread and No2 on the log. No3. Needle with red thread and No3 on the log. Please tell us which needle you found when submitting electronic log. When the log is full please hide the needle on top of the ivy covered stone pillar and let me know in your online log, so I can come and replenish without trying to look for it! lol
