Geocache Description:

This is the official South Wales 2013 camping event with an evening "Bring Your Own" BBQ (drinks and chairs optional but recommended)
At Dan-yr-Ogof Showcaves
From 6pm til late.

Caravans, Motorhomes & Trailer Tents
Bookings for those that wish to bring a Caravan, Motorhomes or Trailer Tent MUST BE MADE via Tafftoo:

There are 15 hard standing pitches available and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Trailer Tents are treated as caravans and must be placed on hard pitches.
Price
For caravans/motor homes/trailer tents there is a daily charge of £15 per night (for any number of people). There is no extra charge for awnings or electrical hook-ups.

Tents
For those that will be camping there are in excess of 100 pitches available. There is a number of tent pitches with electrical hook-ups also available .  Dan-yr-ogof themselves will allocate these on a first come first served basis. Please pay on your arrival at the Tourist Information Centre (opening hours 10.00am – 5.00pm). This is situated within the showcaves complex, or you can pay our warden when he checks the site in the mornings and evenings.
Price
The cost for a tent is £7 per adult per night, and £5 per child per night.
Electric hook-ups are an extra £4 per night.

Dogs
Dogs are allowed, but must be kept on a lead at all times within the site.

For non-campers who wish to register attendance at this event please be aware that although there is no entry fee to the camp site, there is a car parking fee. The fee is payable at the main Tourist Information Centre (opening hours 10.00am – 5.00pm). You will not have to pay an entrance fee to enter the campsite.
